How Shipping Works at Merchy's
Every order is custom-made, which means shipping timelines depend on both production and transit. Here's how it all works.
Free Shipping
Orders of 24 pieces or more ship free anywhere in the United States.
Orders under 24 pieces are charged standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Local Pickup — San Diego
Skip the shipping entirely. We're at 4560 Bond St in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA 92109. You can pick up your order Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Just let us know you'd like to pick up when you place your order.
We also offer local meetups anywhere in San Diego County if that's more convenient.
Nationwide & Worldwide Shipping
We ship to all 50 states and internationally. Shipping rates for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
For customers outside San Diego, we're available by phone or video call to discuss your project.
Production Turnaround Times
All timelines start from the date your artwork proof is approved, not from the order date. Please factor in design and approval time when planning your deadline.
DTF Transfers: 48 hours DTF Printed Shirts: ~5 business days Screen Printing: 5–7 business days Embroidery: 5–7 business days Patches: 2–3 weeks Signs & Banners: 3–5 business days Business Printing: 3–5 business days
These are standard timelines. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Transit Times
After production is complete, transit times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Ground (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days Expedited: 2–3 business days Priority/Overnight: 1–2 business days
Expedited and priority options are available at additional cost. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Blind Shipping
Need us to ship directly to your customer? No problem. We offer blind shipping with no Merchy's branding on the package. Just let us know when you place your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime at merchysmarket.com/track-order.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days at start@merchysmerch.com or (619) 800-0159. Include photos of the damage and retain all packaging. If the damage occurred during shipping, we'll file a claim with the carrier and get your replacement out as soon as possible.
